Partly Politics.

Seeing as it's election season and every single party (and their dog plus their dogs party) is after my vote I just thought I'd see which ones - if any - are remotely interested in not just Autistic issues by our particular Autistic issues.

Here's the (main) issues with the support system in a (handy bite sized) nutshell.

1. Wait 18 years for social work support.

2. Requested a PA/assisted travel for the girls in late 2021, it's currently mid 2024 and it's still not in place.

3. Our youngest leaves school Wednesday and has been offered a conditional college place but only if support is in place, January 2024 this was requested - got told he was being passed over to adult services.

24th June 2024 - still nothing in place and still waiting for him to cross over to adult services.

He starts college (hopefully) in August.

Any parties willing to sort any of this shite out?

Oh and for anyone interested you can see the full, gory tale here.

Ta.
