Well if the answer is yes to both (or just one of them actually) then you may be interested to know that the YiKES! Film Club is having a dedicated Limmy charity do on the 10th of May at the CCA to raise money for The National Autistic Society.*

So come/go along and join in a celebration of the  surprisingly down to earth but very funny man that is Brian Limond by kicking back, having a wee muffit of tea and watching six of the very best Limmy's Show episodes as well as a couple of his online bits as well.

And by bits I assume they mean sketches and not his 'bits'.

Doors open at 7.

    Been a really hard few days trying to process everything regarding that incident in Leeds this week where an Autistic teen was brutally (yes really) harassed and manhandled by the police for the heinous crime of being a wee bit tipsy and saying a police officer "looked like her lesbian nana" and how it feels as an Autistic parent. It's that time of the year again where I drag this out for its annual airing. Enjoy. In those dreamy pre-Coronavirus days, I'd spend the time between drawing stuff for a living and wandering around meeting various folk to find out what they actually want me to draw (it keeps me off - well on - the streets I guess) I spend most of my time inanely blogging about films. Well Blade Runner fans we made it! Yup, the movie is no longer science fiction seeing as from today it's set right here right now. Well it;s only really right here if you're reading this in Los Angeles but you know what I mean. Anyway thought that was as good a reason as any to repost this plus if enough folk leave me nice comments it may be the boot up the arse I need to finish it. Nothing like hinting for (faint) praise is there? Well at least I'm honest. A while back I submitted an academic paper on the fun filled idea of Ridley Scott's classic Blade Runner (1982) being the most Autistic movie ever made. Yes, I know I need to get out more.
