Wears Captain Kirk.

  A quick repost of this fairly childish thing seeing as it's Halloween.... Enjoy. As you all know (probably) in the movie Micheal Myers stalks cutesy, bookish babysitter Laura Strode - on Halloween night - whilst wearing a William Shatner mask and this got me thinking is there more to this slasher classic than meets the eye? As mentioned here before , it's a well known fact that Shatner isn't the biggest fan of autistic folk (especially those who know their own mind) and is pretty upfront about this, so what if - in some timey-whimey turn of fate, John Carpenter was actually trying to warn us about this?* Seriously, if you think about it, the whole thing is very spooky. I mean what if Michael Myers wears the Shatner mask because he literally is Shatner, the blue overalls he wears symbolizing the whole autistic love for the colour, hoping it will draw us in whilst the knife symbolizes his cutting wit and repartee on Twitter as he puts us all in our place.  ...for the lack of meaningful updates as Timothy Lumsden would - probably - say (ask your nan) but it's been a wee bit hectic here what with swapping over from PIP to that new fangled Scottish thing, washing machines breaking, having no idea what Cass is doing when he leaves school (whilst trying to find his absent - surprise - Social Worker, still attempting to sort out the girls personal support programme, work and a HUGE bout of (stress-related) Psoriasis which covered about 60% of my body making me look gorgeous - oh and meant I couldn't move without cracking/bleeding/molting dry skin everywhere add work to this too and you can see I've absolutely no time to process anything - let alone write about it. Luckily it's October (my favourite month) so I've been trying to recharge my batteries with a huge 31 Days of Horror review thing over on my (frequently not safe for work) film blog and attempting to overthrow the government - or at the very least stop the Glasgo
