At last some good news! (I knew 2026 was gonna be our year) After 2 plus years of waiting - and after that mad appointment when they took loads of blood, gave me x-rays and tried to give me either the high Scrabble scoring Methotrexate or Adalimumab (both of which seem really long term treatments with a hellish list of side effects) as they'd forgotten I said I was there to see about light therapy, I've finally had a phototherapy appointment booked! Not me next week (the hair is different). So from next week I have to go to hospital, strip to my pants and stand in a giant microwave cum Star Trek transporter for ten minutes at a time twice a week for around 12 weeks. It was meant to be three times a week but had to change it due to (still) having to take the girls to and from college whilst entertaining Cass. Because there's still no support in place for them.
